Project
Major public hospital serving Australia’s fastest residential growth corridor. Artwork for main hospital entry and public areas, psychiatric wing and palliative care centre.

 

Challenge
The vast main corridor of the hospital needed carefully linked themes to tie together the space while delineating specific ward areas. Artwork for the psychiatric wing needed to be extremely safe and more securely mounted to walls.

Solution
The hospital is a major focal point of the local community, and is  near the famous Werribee Zoo. Art Strategies Australia sourced a beautiful series of wild animal photos from the zoo, and custom printed these images for the spaces. Other works included large-scale flower series’ and original oil paintings of the local landscape.
